RETURNS
At Label Frow, each garment is made to order with care and attention to detail. For this reason, we do not offer refunds.
However, we do offer a 5-day easy exchange option for eligible products.
Exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery through our Easy Exchange portal, available in the footer of our website.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for both size and style, subject to availability.
Once your request is submitted, you will be guided through the exchange process via our portal. A reverse pickup will be arranged for eligible requests.
The returned garment must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact and in its original packaging.
Once received, the garment will undergo a quality check. The new product will be dispatched only after the returned item has been approved.
EXCHANGE OPTIONS
You may choose from the following:
1. Exchange for Another Product
You may exchange your order for:
- Another size
- Another style
- Multiple products
If the selected product(s) are of higher value, the price difference must be paid at checkout.
If the selected product(s) are of lower value, the remaining amount will be issued as store credit.
2. Store Credit
You may opt to receive a credit note, valid for 30 days, which can be used to place a new order at your convenience.
EXCHANGE FEES
A flat ₹250 exchange processing fee is applicable on all exchanges. This covers reverse pickup chargers.
ALTERATIONS
We offer basic alterations in select cases, subject to feasibility. However, most requests are best handled through our exchange process for a quicker and more seamless experience. You can reach out us on whatsapp contact.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We follow strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a garment that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or videos so we can review and assist you.
Requests raised beyond this timeline will not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom-made or personalised garments
- Gift cards
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Reverse pickup and exchange are processed only after approval
- Label Frow reserves the right to reject exchanges that do not meet quality standards
