SHIPPING CHARGES
At Label Frow, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless and transparent.
We offer complimentary shipping within India on all prepaid orders above ₹7,500. For prepaid orders below this value, a flat shipping charge of ₹200 is applicable.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shipping charges differ based on order value. Orders up to ₹10,000 incur a charge of ₹250, while orders above ₹10,000 are charged ₹350. These charges include COD handling and logistics.
For COD orders, a partial advance payment is required at checkout to confirm your order. This amount secures the order and is non-refundable in case of non-acceptance or failed delivery.
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST on working days will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed after this time on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Once processed, orders are dispatched within 7–10 business days.
Delivery timelines after dispatch typically range between 2–3 days for metro cities and 4–7 days for other locations.
International orders may take approximately 10–14 business days, depending on the destination.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/ whatsapp message with your courier partner details and Airway Bill (AWB) number.
You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website using the AWB number provided.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING TERMS
Any partial cancellation of an order may result in revised shipping charges on the remaining items.
Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days for processing or delivery.
