All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – on select serviceable pin codes

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Label Frow does not store any card or payment details.Orders may be subject to additional verification for security purposes.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on select serviceable pin codes across India.To confirm a COD order, a partial advance payment is required at checkout. This advance secures your order and confirms processing.

Please note:

  • The partial advance amount is non-refundable in case of order refusal, non-acceptance, or failed delivery (RTO).
  • A ₹200 COD logistics charge applies to all COD orders, irrespective of order value.
  • COD availability may be withdrawn for accounts with repeated refusals.

COD payments at the time of delivery are subject to courier partner policies and may vary by location.

 

ORDER REFUSAL & FAILED DELIVERY (RTO)

If a COD order is refused or remains undelivered due to incorrect address, non-availability, or non-acceptance, the order will be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • The partial advance amount will not be refunded.
  • COD charges remain non-refundable.

Label Frow reserves the right to restrict COD access for future orders in such cases.

FRAUD PREVENTION & SECURITY

For security reasons, orders above a certain value may undergo additional verification before dispatch.

If we suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of payment methods, Label Frow reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to the original payment source.

GIFT CARDS & CREDIT NOTES

Gift cards and credit notes are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are valid only for purchases made on the Label Frow website.

CURRENCY & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
