Our policy does not allow any refunds. Each garment is specifically made to order and
undergoes strict quality control checks. Although we offer exchange services. All Custom made order are Final Sale and can not be returned or exchanged
CAN I GET ALTERATIONS ON THE GARMENT?
Our policy allows our customers to ask for alterations in a garment In case of any fit issue.
An exchange is eligible when it is size-related and wants to exchange for a different size.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A GARMENT?
Our policy at LABEL FROW allows our customers to ask for alterations in a garment Incase of any fit issue. We do not allow exchanges since each garment is specifically made to order.
For the process Kindly Follow the steps-
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
Send us an email within 5 business days of receiving the package on email@example.com WhatsApp on +91 9136106649. If the number of days exceeds then the item will not be accepted.
The team will revert with an email confirming the alterations along with shipping details.
. Send the package to the address stated in the return email with 3 days from receiving a reply from us for the same .Please note the courier charges will be borne by the customer itself .
Please note that we will not accept alterations for items marked as SALE.
WHAT TO DO IF THE GARMENT RECEIVED IS FAULTY/ DAMAGED?
We hold a strong quality check before shipping our orders, however in the case of any
damaged items, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the
item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the
issue and make it right. Please help us understand it better by sharing pictures of the
EXCEPTIONS/ NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale/discounted items or gift cards or if the order has been customized for you
